Goose Nest Homes - Builder Trade Scholarship

Goose Nest Homes is proud to offer a $500 scholarship to support graduating seniors who are pursuing careers in the skilled trades and construction-related industries. This scholarship is intended for students who demonstrate motivation, responsibility, and a desire to build a successful future through hands-on skills and trade education. Applicants must: 1) Be a graduating senior, 2) Plan to pursue a skilled trade, certification program, technical school, apprenticeship, or career path related to: Construction, Framing, Electrical work, Plumbing, HVAC, Welding, Carpentry, Heavy equipment operation, other building or construction-related trades, 3) Submit all required application materials by the deadline. The scholarship is intended to support students who are actively taking steps toward building a future in the skilled trades.

Scholarship Award Requirement – To receive the scholarship funds, the selected recipient must provide proof of enrollment within six (6) months of graduation in one of the following:
- A trade school
- A certification program
- A technical education program
- A registered apprenticeship
- Another approved skilled-trade training path related to the building trades industry
