Alvin ISD Education Foundation Teacher/Para/Principal Scholarship

Alvin ISD Education Foundation Teacher, Paraprofessional, and Principal Scholarships are designed to support current full-time teachers and paraprofessional staff members who wish to further their education at an accredited college or university. This scholarship is not intended for previous recipients, PhD candidates, or training programs.

WHO CAN APPLY: This scholarship is available to:

• Teachers pursuing a first master’s degree in education or a related field
• Teachers seeking Principal Certification (must already be accepted into an accredited program)
• Paraprofessionals pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field

Additional requirements:

• Applicants must be enrolled in, or planning to take, a minimum of 3 credit hours per semester
• Recipients must commit to remaining with Alvin ISD for at least one year following the semester in which funds are spent
• Funds must be used within one year of receiving the award

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION OPENS ON DECEMBER 1, 2025 and CLOSES ON FEBRUARY 13, 2026.
